HR Assistant

Job descRIPTION:

  • We are looking for HR Assistant in our HR & QHSSE team.

  • Support effective delivery of local HR services in line with customer expectations and local legal requirements. Support implementation of global people processes and organizational development initiatives in the business. Advise business stakeholders on relevant aspects of the HR / people agenda. Contribute to improvement initiatives to local HR service delivery, based on business input and requirements.Description text goes here

    • Support effective delivery of local HR services according to HR Services, KPIs and general expectations, as well as compliance with local laws and practices.

    • Facilitate correct and timely execution / follow-up of all local HR-related administrative tasks (e.g. HR data, personnel files, payroll, benefits, pension, insurances, leave, local employee handbook etc).

    • Advise business stakeholders on relevant aspects of the HR / people agenda.

    • Support implementation of organization development initiatives in the business, including restructuring and different projects.

    • Participate in discussions with Managers on recruitment agenda and support recruitment processes.

    • Provide advise on questions related to local compensation decisions.

    • Analysis and interpretation of key HR metrics within HR teams and towards business stakeholders.

    • Support local delivery of learning and development initiatives

    • Support, coaching and follow-up on implementation of key annual people processes across the business (e.g. performance, engagement, succession planning etc).

    • Demonstrate and ensure proper usage of global & local HR systems and business users.

    • Participate and support in local / global initiatives to improve HR policies, processes and tools.

    • Follow-up on compliance with relevant policies, processes and laws related to occupational health.

    • Support delivery of both internal and external statutory/ regulatory reporting requirements.

    • Bachelor degree, preferably from Human Resource Management / business administration or equivalent. Work experience can compensate.

    • 2-3 years relevant work experience within HR is preferred.

    • Understanding of HR processes and tools, and knowledge of local labour law and regulations.

    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and cooperate with employees and managers in all levels of our organisation.

    • Comfortable with digital technology and solutions supporting HR and People processes.

    • Good communication skills and command of the English language (oral and written).

    • Structured, accurate, service-minded, and pro-active.

    • High ethical standards.
